Ingredients

  • 6 ounces Leftover turkey (Any leftover sliced whole turkey or turkey breast)

  • 1 pkg. Crescent rolls

  • 4 ounces Brie cheese, sliced thinly

  • 1/4 Cup Cranberry sauce

  • 1 Tbsp. Olive oil

  • 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  2. On a baking sheet lined with parchment, unroll the crescent triangles and arrange in a circle.

  3. Pointed ends should be facing out, and you may need to slightly overlap the interior of the circle.

  4. Layer the thin slices of turkey, then cranberry sauce, and finally the brie slices.

  5. Begin folding the tips of the triangle over the stuffing and tuck under the base of the ring.

  6. Brush the top with olive oil and season with Italian seasoning.

  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until nicely browned on top. 

  8. Serve with extra herbs as garnish.
